1. Complete an application and submit with a non-refundable $20 application fee
To complete online: http://www.darton.edu/admin/admissions/ and click “online application.”
To complete application and fax: http://www.darton.edu/admin/admissions/ and click “Admission Application”
Completely fill out all requested information:
- Enter Citizenship Information
- Enter if Statistical Information (this is optional)
- Go to next page in PDF document
- Check Primary Campus On-Line Only
- Complete personal information
- Proposed college major
- Definition of a Legal Resident found here: http://www.darton.edu/catalog/catalogs/2011-2012/files/031-036.pdf (scroll to the bottom of page 33)
- Proof of Lawful Presence –by attaching a copy of your GA driver’s license issued after January 1, 2008 or a certified copy of your birth certificate or a current US passport
- Be sure to sign the application
- If you are faxing in the paperwork, print the document and fax to 229-317-6647, then call 229-317-6442 to pay the application fee.
2. Complete an Immunization Form: -
http://www.darton.edu/admin/admissions/ and click “Certificate of Immunization”
- Under Part A - check Distance Learning Exemption
- Sign the document, print and fax to: 229-317-6647
3. Transient Permission Form
- A form from the college/university you are currently attending
- If you are HOPE Scholar, submit HOPE Transient Form from the college/university you are currently attending.
