Under Topic click the link for All

 In the default view the discussion forum displays only new, un-read
messages. To view all postings, including the ones you have already
read, click all messages. Unread messages will be bold.

Click on the name of the subject to view a message.
To expand or collapse a thread, click the arrow next to the Subject
   

The message will open in a new window.
    Click on Reply to respond to the message publicly.
    Click on Reply Privately to respond only to the author of the message.

NOTE - You can not delete messages once posted.
