Having Problems with uploading
or downloading attachments?
Java and Pop-up Blockers are 2 of the main
reasons for this issue:
(note:you must have real player install to view tutorials)
1. Uninstall all versions of Java.

2. Next restart your computer and reinstall the
correct version of Java
for: Windows
XP or
Windows Vista.
Follow instructions and make sure installation is complete.
3.You will need to make sure you deselect the
automatic updates as problems have occurred with later versions causing
computers to freeze while uploading attachments.
