Off-campus computer resources, internet access, and mastery of basic computer skills are  the responsibility of the student.

Course Requirements

Students enrolled in courses with online components will need access to a computer that meets the minimum system requirements.   Internet Access- the computer must be able to connect to the Internet using Internet Explore 5.x or later with Java enabled.

Passwords

To obtain your I.D. and password for course web sites with restricted access, contact the course instructor and/or the appropriate department.

Access Issues

Library Resources - Contact library support. Report the problem to the library staff at the circulation desks or the reference desks. Course Web Site Navigation  - Please refer to Student Guide materials provided at course orientation, or contact WebHelp at webhelp@darton.edu
Computer Lab Resources - Please contact the monitor of the computer lab you are using. Technology resources in Darton College computer labs are maintained by the Management Information Services Help Desk at helpdesk@darton.edu Course Web Site Access - Registered students may access  online courses or Class support pages through WebCT Vista. Your username and password information is provided in the Login instructions on the WebCT Entry Page.  If you  cannot log in to your course please contact  the WebHelp Desk immediately.
Off-campus Internet Access - Please contact the support service at your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Content or Tool inside course web pages is not available or not functioning -  E-mail the  WebHelp Desk to resolve the problem. Please include your name, the course in which you are experiencing difficulty,  and the specific error message you are receiving in your e-mail.
