Logging on to WebCT Vista
 

Go to the Darton College web site. (http://www.darton.edu)

Hover your mouse over the WebCT link, scroll down and click Log On to WebCT Vista

Type in your User Name and Password.

Your user name is you (firstname.lastname)

Example:  For John Smith
WebCT ID: john.smith

Go to the DCid Lookup if you are not sure (sometimes there is more than one John Smith registered for a class)

Password: You can find this by referring to the mail Darton sent you a short while back, or by using the Darton College student ID lookup page, which can be found at DCid  (http://www.darton.edu/oit/dcid.php)

NOTE -  All lower case.  

A list of your registered courses for the current semester is displayed on the first day of class. Click on the course title to enter the course homepage.

Please note, you will not see your course until the first day of class.

IMPORTANT: WebCT Vista uses Java extensively, please make sure to update your Java plug-in before getting started (http://www.java.com)
After you have logged on, you will receive two Security Warning windows, select 'Always trust content from this publisher', then click Run both times.
